4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Post fraudulent, fake, or duplicate listings.

Use the platform for spamming or unauthorized advertising.

Copy, scrape, or use data from Firdaws Alhaya for third-party services without permission.
5. Fees and Payments

Firdaws Alhaya may charge subscription or listing fees.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Firdaws Alhaya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your listings on the platform.

You may not use Firdaws Alhaya’s branding, logo, or content without written permission.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
Firdaws Alhaya reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

Remove any listing that violates UAE law or this agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Firdaws Alhaya is not liable for:

Losses resulting from technical issues or system downtime.

Disputes between agents and property seekers.

Misuse of information provided by third parties.
9. Privacy
